Worth its 3 stars. It's characterful base for sightseeing and exploring Balloch. Our room cost us £ 61. We were surprised by the garden too.

good choice for exploring balloch. favourable location, room with comfortable bed, great staff. we loved the indian cuisine in the restaurant.
The only thing missing was elevator. The street, it was too noisy. The room was quite small, we expected better.
